The Town of Collierville, through its IDB, offers incentives in the form of payment-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT), on a case-by-case basis to stimulate business attraction, retention, redevelopment and expansion. This PILOT incentive is determined by the number of full time jobs created, capital investment and an average wage target.

Shelby County Economic Development and Growth Engine (EDGE) Incentives

EDGE is the City of Memphis and Shelby County's economic development agency charged with administering current incentive programs and developing new programs to foster growth. EDGE offers a PILOT program, similar to the Town of Collierville's PILOT incentive.
