PENDING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
Have you ever received a postcard in the mail notifying you that something is going on in your neighborhood? Have you ever driven by a property and seen construction and wondered what is being built? Have you ever seen one of the Town's green "pending development application" signs and wondered what is going on and how you can learn more?
There are three ways on the Town's website that the Planning Division keeps the public aware of private sector development applications that are either pending (formally submitted to the Town for review and approval) or under active construction. Such developments include new nonresidential building square footage, new residential lots, and new apartments/townhouses/condos. Follow the links below to learn more:
- Map of Pending Applications
- Links to staff reports and public meeting agendas for the Town's Boards and Commissions
- Have you seen a Public Notice Sign?
For additional Information contact the Planning Department at planning@colliervilletn.gov or (901) 457-2360.
Ways for Public to Comment on Development Applications: The public has several options for participating in the meeting in addition to physical attendance. Written public comments will be accepted up until 8:00 am the day of the meeting, provided to the Commission, and entered into the public record for the application.
