Fire Incident Reports are generated by Collierville Fire Department each time a piece of fire apparatus is dispatched to a request for service. 

We can provide you with public reports and, with proper documentation, more in depth reports.

Patient Care Reports are available to authorized persons only. $10 fee. Online form.
