Collierville was once the self-proclaimed “Dairy Town of West TN”. Did you know that cheese saved Collierville from ruin? The dairy industry helped the Town through the Great Depression of the 1930’s. Rhett Tyree, Shelby County's 4-H Dairy Alliance Chairperson, is our special guest reader for today's stories about cheese.
