About The Application Process

Solicitors must obtain required permits, and an updated “No Knock” list, every month, prior to starting a solicitation effort.

Checklist For Company Requesting Permit

• Completed and signed Commercial Solicitation Permit Application (PDF)
  • Copy of a valid Driver’s License or State Issued Photo Identification for Supervisor
  • $250 application fee 
• Completed and signed List of Company Solicitors (PDF)

Checklist For Each Individual Requesting ID Badge

An approved Commercial Solicitation Permit is required before requesting individual ID badges. If completing application online, Individual ID badge form will be available once you log in with your Commercial Solicitation Permit account.

• Completed and signed Commercial Solicitor ID Badge application (PDF)
  • Copy of a valid Driver’s License or State Issued photo identification
  • $ 40 application fee
