George Browder, author and professor emeritus of history at the State University of New York, Fredonia, will discuss his 2024 publication "Germantown During the Civil War Era" revealing the impacts of surviving a theater of guerrilla war, emancipation, social and political Reconstruction, and a disastrous Yellow Fever epidemic on our neighboring community.
