The Fleet Services Division is responsible for both preventive maintenance and repairs for over 480 Town-owned vehicles and pieces of construction equipment.

The Division services a wide range of vehicles, including pickup trucks, automobiles, dump trucks, solid waste collection trucks, fire pumpers, aerial fire trucks, a Town bus, emergency rescue trucks, hydraulic excavators, sewer machines, air compressors, emergency generators, tractors, trailers, and more.

Additionally, the division maintains and repairs various power-driven equipment such as line trimmers, gas-powered trash pumps, chainsaws, and other non-motorized equipment. Fleet Services also offers welding and fabrication services for all Town departments.

Under the general direction of the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the division's ten employees work according to carefully coordinated daily schedules.
