Hoopla allows you to instantly borrow free digital eBooks, eAudiobooks, digital movies, and more, 24/7 with a Lucius E. & Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library card and an internet connection.

The Hoopla instant digital collection includes access to over 950,000 eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies, TV shows, music, comics, and more that can be downloaded or streamed to your digital device.

The Library's Hoopla access has a monthly budget. The monthly budget is divided into a daily budget, so all content credit isn't used at the beginning of the month. If the day's budget has been used, you may see an error message asking you to try checking out again tomorrow. The budget resets every day at midnight.
