Jan Brett’s Alice in a Winter Wonderland Tour

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library and Novel are proud to announce a special event for all ages featuring award-winning author and illustrator Jan Brett.

Attendees will be delighted by Jan's presentation, featuring her new book, Alice in a Winter Wonderland, along with a live drawing demonstration. A book signing will follow. Don't miss the important details below on how to participate in the event and the book signing.

About the Presentation

Before the book signing, Jan Brett will do a 20 minute live drawing session and presentation. Registered participants are invited to come and listen to the presentation at no cost. Hedgie, Jan’s favorite friend from The Mitten and The Hat, will be visiting as well. Please bring the kids to have a photo taken with Hedgie.

Book Signing Information

Registered participants must preorder a copy of Alice in a Winter Wonderland from Novel before the event to join the signing line.

Jan will do her very best to sign all of the books that time permits. The number of books that Jan can sign per family depends on how many people come to the signing. If time does not permit Jan to sign every book, attendees will receive special signed bookplates featuring Jan’s artwork for their extra books.

Tour Bus

Don't miss this fantastic photo op! Jan’s tour bus will be parked in Collierville Elementary School’s parking lot starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The bus is wrapped in artwork from Alice in a Winter Wonderland. Everyone is welcome to take a photograph next to the bus.
