Join fellow Friends of the Museum for a spine-chilling book club meeting just in time for Halloween! We’ll dive into Sharyn McCrumb’s historical fiction thriller, "She Walks These Hills," set in the eerie Appalachian town of Dark Hollow, Tennessee. The story weaves a ghostly tale about Katie Wyler, a woman kidnapped by the Shawnee two centuries ago, and her restless spirit that some say haunts the hills. With only an elderly woman gifted with "the Sight" and policewoman Martha Ayers standing between the town and its superstitions, the hunt for a real-life predator unfolds.
